Kids nowadays spend more time at home, sitting and staring at big and small screens, and every new hot thing that’s being marketed to this generation invites them to stay in this sedentary lifestyle even more. And is expected to happen in the future if we keep going like this? A very sick and unproductive society, unfortunately.
Practicing Jiujitsu from a young age, not only helps them learn how to defend themselves from bullies and dangerous people, but also helps them grow up healthier and stronger, having contact with other kids with the same active lifestyle, giving them more confidence and self-awareness, it encourages them to stay away from the virtual world and be prepared for the real one.
Active and healthy kids become happy and strong adults, capable of making good decisions and taking charge of their own lives. And this is how we change the world, one kid at a time.
